Sample sheet for an example office, not a quote. Yours is written at the walkthrough. Supervisor of record on this sample: Dariana Cerrato, night line (214) 555-0101.

The sheet

How to read it.

  1. 01

    Step 1: The header

The building, the nights, the crew size and the name and night-line number of the supervisor of record.

  2. 02

    Step 2: The lines

Each line is an area, a task and a rhythm. If a line isn't there, it isn't done, and you can ask for it to be added.

  3. 03

    Step 3: The initials

The supervisor initials the printed sheet after each shift. It stays in your supply closet, where you can read it.

  4. 04

    Step 4: The changes

A change, such as the glass offices moving to Tuesdays and Thursdays, is a new version with a date at the top. Old versions are kept.

The supervisor of record

Every sheet carries a supervisor's name.

On this sample it is Dariana Cerrato, who walks the Downtown, Uptown and Oak Lawn buildings at the start and the end of each shift. If something is missed, you call her line, and she or the supervisor on duty answers.

  • Night supervisor line: (214) 555-0101
