Restrooms and break rooms

Restrooms that are checked, not just cleaned.

Every restroom is cleaned, disinfected and restocked each night, and the supervisor checks it against the sheet before the crew moves on. We clean first, then disinfect handles, flush levers, dispensers and door pulls with an EPA-registered product, used as its label says.

  • Toilets, urinals, sinks and mirrors

  • Soap, towels and tissue restocked

  • Floors mopped last, drains checked

  • Break room counters, sinks and appliance exteriors

A restroom

How a restroom is cleaned, in order.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Set up

A wet-floor sign goes out and the door is propped for air.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Trash and dispensers

Trash out, dispensers checked, anything low noted for your office manager.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Mirrors and sinks

Top to bottom, so nothing drips onto a clean surface.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Toilets and urinals

Cleaned, then the high-touch surfaces are disinfected and left wet for the time on the product label.

  5. 05

    Step 5: Floors, last

Mopped from the far wall to the door, with drains checked.

    • Mold

Questions about restrooms.

Which products do you use?

We name each product on request and give you its label and safety data sheet. Fragrance-free products are available.

Who buys the paper and soap?

Either of us. If we buy them, they appear on the invoice as their own line, so you can supply them yourself instead.

What if a restroom is out of order?

The crew leaves a note for your office manager and cleans the rest. Repairs are yours or your landlord's.
