Policies
Policies, in plain words
The terms a manager or a landlord asks about before signing.
Keys, fobs and alarm codes
Keys, fobs and codes are logged by name and by who holds them, on a list you can read. Alarm codes are given to the supervisor only and are never written on the sheet the crew carries. If a key or fob is lost, we tell you the same day and pay to replace it.
Inspections
The night supervisor walks each building at the start and the end of the shift and initials the sheet. A manager is welcome to walk the building with the supervisor once a month.
If something is missed
Call the office or the night line. We re-clean a missed line the next night, or the same night if you call before 11 p.m. and a crew is still in the building.
If something is damaged
Tell us within a day if you can. We write it up with you, and our general liability insurance responds where it applies.
Ending the agreement
Either side can end the agreement with 30 days' written notice. There is no fee for ending it. We invoice through the end of the notice and return every key, fob and code in writing.
Who is on the crew
The crew is made up of people we hire and train ourselves, and the supervisor on your route is named on your sheet. About a third of the crew speaks Spanish as a first language, and every route has a Spanish-speaking lead.
The night line
The night supervisor line is (214) 555-0101, answered by the supervisor on duty on weeknights from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. During office hours, call (214) 555-0100.
