Questions
Short answers.
What is the scope sheet?
One page that lists each area, each task and how often it's done, with the name of the supervisor of record. It's written at the walkthrough and kept in your building.
What hours do you clean?
Mostly after the last person leaves, Monday to Friday. A day porter works on hours you set.
Who has keys and alarm codes?
The supervisor and the crew lead, logged by name. Codes are never written on the sheet the crew carries.
Are you insured?
Yes, general liability and workers' compensation. A certificate goes to your office manager or landlord on request, before the first night.
Do you need a Texas license?
Texas has no state license for janitorial work. We're registered with the Comptroller for sales tax, and the details are in the footer.
Which products do you use?
We name each product on request and give you its label. We disinfect with an EPA-registered product, used as its label says.
What if something is missed?
Call the night line or the office. We re-clean the line that night if a crew is still in the building, and the next night if not.
Can we end the agreement?
Yes, with 30 days' written notice and no fee. The terms are on the policies page.
Do you clean after construction or biohazards?
No. We don't do construction cleanup, biohazard or mold work, or exterior windows.
Can someone talk with us in Spanish?
Yes. Evelio Esquivel, Dariana Cerrato and Hortencia Partida speak Spanish, and so does a lead on every route.
