What we clean
Four services, all on the same sheet.
Most offices start with nightly cleaning and add the rest as the sheet grows.
Desks, floors, trash and break rooms, Monday to Friday nights.
Cleaned and disinfected with an EPA-registered product, restocked from your closet.
Nightly vacuuming and mopping, with extraction and recoating scheduled on weekends.
A person in the building by day, and one-time cleans before or after an event.
Getting started
From walkthrough to the first night.
Five steps, in this order. Nothing starts until the sheet is agreed.
- 01
Step 1: The walkthrough
A supervisor walks every room with you at an hour that suits you, and notes floors, restrooms, locks and who holds keys.
- 02
Step 2: The scope sheet
We write one page: each area, each task, how often. You mark what to change.
- 03
Step 3: The quote, in writing
The number comes within two business days of the walkthrough and ties to the sheet, line by line.
- 04
Step 4: The first night
The supervisor works beside the crew. Keys and alarm codes are logged by name, and the sheet goes up in your supply closet.
- 05
Step 5: The first month
The supervisor inspects with you at the end of week one and week four. Changes go on the sheet.

From offices
What managers say a few weeks in.
“The sheet is taped inside the supply closet. When the break room fridge didn't get done, I pointed to the line and the initials, and Dariana had a crew back that night.”
“We have restrooms on four floors and a lobby that gets tracked in all spring. The sheet splits them across the week, so I know Tuesday is the stairwell night.”
“I asked for fragrance-free products and for the glass offices on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Both were on the next sheet.”
